VOLVO FH16 XXL "VIKING"

The FH series was a turning point in Volvo's commercial vehicle production. Introduced on the market from 2001, it was declined in numerous versions and variants. The Volvo FH16 in particular could be considered the top model of the new range. Powered by a 16-litre engine capable of delivering 610 Hp, it had a good power-to-economic ratio. The Volvo FH16 also adopted advanced electronic solutions, for the time, capable of guaranteeing safe and comfortable driving even over long distances. The FH-16, on the strength of its good commercial success, was the basis on which numerous "Show Trucks" were built with liveries characterized by a high visual impact. The "Viking" is a good example of a Show Truck. The adoption of the bull bar with the grilles to protect the front light unit, the installation of the additional headlights, the chosen color and the clearly Nordic-inspired graphics create a truck with a strong personality and one of a kind.
